ABOUT US

 

TEK Construction, Inc. was formed in June 1996 by Dean Irwin following 14 years with other Washington, California and Nebraska based construction firms. Dean is a 1980 Engineering graduate from Oregon Institute of Technology.

 

TEK’s objective is to provide professionally administered and cost effective construction services to private clients as well as state and federal government agencies. In addition, TEK provides consultation on: design, constructability and construction methods, cost estimating, project scheduling and safety. TEK also provides full service construction management, superintendence, craftsmen, equipment and materials to build projects from conception to completion.

 

The primary focus of TEK Construction, Inc. is civil/structural/mechanical projects such as specialized excavation, intricate concrete structures and piping systems.

 

Our experience comes from years of constructing water/wastewater treatment facilities, hydroelectric projects, roads and bridges, fish hatcheries and other environment enhancement projects. We also have extensive marine experience including; lake aeration and treatment, pipeline outfalls, earth and steel cofferdams as well as wharf and other dock related work.

 

TEK has a high regard for the safety and health of our employees. We maintain complete accident prevention and safety training programs along with a drug and alcohol policy which includes pre-employment, random and for-cause testing of our employees.
